  • A Denver, Colorado based Developer, purchased the Development on 12/31/12.
    • Erik Cavarra Listed the (8) Two- & Three Bedroom units in early January of 13, and finalized all (8) Sales in March 13.
      • Sold Prices Ranged from $310k – $355k.
    • We have experienced a strong demand for the Townhomes, and Erik Cavarra anticipates a continued & strong success for the Project and Pre-Sale of the (8) free market Units and (4) Employee Housing Units.
    • Construction is scheduled to begin for the final Phase II (12 Units) within the next 6 – 8 weeks.
    •  Pre-Sales of the (8) Free Market Townhomes will begin this Summer for the NEW 2 & 3 bedroom Units, and Prices will range from $350k – $455k with square footages ranging from 1,300 square feet to over 1,500 square feet.  We are working with Garfield County and the Town of Carbondale to finalize the Pricing Categories for the (4) Employee Housing Units.
