Erik Cavarra has just placed the 4th Residence within the Mountain Sage Townhome Project of Phase II under Contract. With the successful purchase and aquisition of the project from Foreclosure, Erik Cavarra and the Development Team now behind the Mtn. Sage Townhome project saw great success in Selling the remaining Phase I Two & Three Bedrooms, 8 Units were sold in only a matter of 2 1/2 months during the Winter Season of 2012-13. Now, with vitalization of building Phase II, Cavarra has already managed to sell 4 of 12 Units under Construction.
